• Social Security Numbers: Never retained or indexed. Any detected 9-digit identifiers are masked upon document processing.
• Account & Routing Numbers: Truncated so only the last 4 digits appear on generated dispute letters and forensic reports.
• Mathematical Extraction: We extract solely the balance, ledger, interest rate, and payment line items required to audit RESPA § 10 escrow cushion limits, HPA § 4902 PMI drop thresholds, and TILA late fee rules.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide to perform the audit or process transactions:
